habits may lead to cancer

There are habits that we all know their negative effects on our health and we all know them and we always try to avoid them, including smoking, eating fast food, and so on. But there are many habits in our daily lives and we do not know how bad they affect our health. Even such habits can sometimes lead to many diseases, including cancer, the disease we all fear. Learn about these habits in the following lines.

  1. Sitting for long time:

The sentence may seem strange to you, you or your mother never rest. Sitting for a long time, if an event, will be your natural right after your busy day. But think about it. If you work in an office job, you have to sit for eight straight hours and maybe more, as well as driving or sitting in front of the TV or finishing other tasks that require seating.

It is true that we all say that there is no time for anything, but your body has right, so it is necessary to exercise for at least half an hour on 3 or 4 days a week. If it is difficult for you to exercise, such as caridad, resistance, etc., you can simply devote half an hour of the day to walking a little and for a distance you can finish.

Research has shown that people who engage in sports activity are less likely to develop cancer, especially colon cancer, than those who do not exercise at all.

  1. Sticking to the mobile phone:

Mobile phones have become an integral part of our lives. We put them on the bed beside us or put them in our pockets, especially the pocket near the chest. Even if you do not use a mobile phone it releases radiation that may harm your body.

So make sure that the phone is away from you either when you sleep or put it in your bag or a separate bag if you are abroad, and it’s better if you turn off the mobile at bedtime or times when you do not need a mobile phone.

  1. Working at night:

Many of us may have to work during the night, then during night shifts or work-at-home situations for example. But there are studies showing that working during the night increases the risk of breast cancer. Experts believe that the obstruction of melatonin hormone, which is usually produced at night, increases the risk of cancer.

Keep in mind that regular sleep and getting enough sleep is the most important part of a healthy life.

  1. Excessive sugary drinks:

Sugar drinks are an essential part of our diet especially in the summer. We think that we can’t live without soft drinks or sweetened juices, etc. However, these drinks have the effect of fatty or sugary meals themselves, as they raise the levels of sugar and insulin in blood to high levels, which creates the ideal environment for the growth of cancer cells, especially in the abdomen and uterus.

It is also noted that such drinks are the most important causes of obesity, which is also one of the most important factors causing cancer in various parts of the body.

So, make sure to prepare these drinks at home using reasonable sugar rates. Always keep these drinks in small quantities, and reduce sugar in hot drinks such as tea, coffee, etc., and you may be able to give up sugar gradually afterwards.

  1. Using sunblock in the wrong way:

One of the common mistakes we all make is not paying attention to sunblock at all. Sunblock is not only about keeping your skin color, but protecting your skin from harmful sun rays.

But even if you keep using sunscreen, using it in the wrong way can cause skin cancer, so keep the following:

  • Choose the right product, that is, it does not contain strong chemicals such as benzoic acid, synoxate, dioxybenzone, homoslite and so on. Also make sure that the sunscreen is free of dioxybenzone, which produces free radicals that cause cell damage or cancer growth.
  • Put enough and distribute well on the skin, and ensure that before exposure to the sun for 15 – 30 minutes to absorb the skin well. Do not forget to repeat it every two hours.

You may think that such small details will not make a difference to your life and your health, but always remember that everything starts with such small details.
